For the opening of Greta in downtown Toronto, I directed three spots using a real-time green-screen workflow. We shot background plates first, then live-keyed talent the next day using a simple streaming tool called OBS, matching their position, perspective, and lighting to the plates. I handled the compositing and VFX, building each piece live as we shot.
